Star Profile & Co. Hi-Rib Roofing is a revolutionary new design in roofing systems. Trapezoidal in shape, these roofing are engineered to be totally lack-proof, capable or most efficient water drain out. Star Profile & Co. Hi-Rib Roofing is lightweight, yet its boald, wide span with 30 mm rib depth and one stiffener ribs makes it the strongest profile in its category, its full side-lap, configuration ensures extra strength at panel overlap & better weather tightness.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Providing & Fixing of Star Profile & Co. Hi-Rib Roofing /wall cladding system made out of Galvanised steel/ Galvalme/Aluminium, permanently colour coated, profiled sheet with Hi-Rib depth of 30 mm at minimum 203 mm pitch distance cover purlins and fixed with self drilling galvanised fasteners. Star Profile & Co. Hi-Rib Sheet comes with profiled width of 1090 mm & cover width of 1015 mm.

Profiled sheet shall be roll formed out of desired material (viz. galvanized steel. Galvalure or aluminium) of desired thickness & paint finish. (Please refer technical data for choise).

The sheet shall be fixed over the purlins with hexagonal head self-drilling fasteners including Neoprene/EPDM washers on each crust of sheet. The fasteners are fixed mechanically using electrical tools through crests & troughs.
